I ordered my glasses to be delivered to family in Italy at the start of December, they only recently arrived. I emailed within the multiple months with no response and also messaged their Instagram again with no response. As soon as I threaten legal action, they finally shipped the glasses. When they arrived as a Christmas gift to my family in March/april, one was even broken and the quality was horrendous. NEVER ORDER FROM REFINED SIPS.
